Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Civil Supervisor in our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business, delivering road infrastructure projects across South Australia.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with project delivery teams, scheduling and forecasting materials, plant, personnel, and subcontractors, and ensuring site planning, daily productivities, and timelines are met onsite.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring workers implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety, reporting incidents, non-conformances, and near misses, and participating in incident investigations when required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience working on SA DIT projects
  • Proven commitment to leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
  • Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management, and project site controls
  • You will be resilient, adaptable, and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
  • You will have well-developed communication, organizational, and management skills
