About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, interventions and therapies to elderly consumers under various funding programs.
  • Conduct home and clinic-based assessments, deliver OT interventions aligned with aged care standards and funding guidelines, prescribe assistive technologies and equipment, and recommend home modifications.
  • Prepare reports and liaise with healthcare providers, meet billable hours and maintain accurate documentation.

You will partner with clients to deliver tailored support that promotes independence, safety and wellbeing. Your communication skills and collaborative approach will help you deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

About You
  • A qualified occupational therapist with experience in assessments, care planning and professional report writing.
  • Confident working with diverse stakeholders and excel at building strong, respectful relationships.
  • Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy with current registration, experience in person-centred service delivery and report writing, knowledge of ageing-related conditions and disability support.

Familiarity with CHSP, HCP, SWEP and My Aged Care, strong communication, problem-solving and ethical practice, valid Victorian driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
