We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our client's procurement team at Hudson Australia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, direct charge and inventory purchasing, overdue orders, and the coordination of rotable and repairable items. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong stakeholder skills and experience using ERP software, Pronto.

About the Role:

  • Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of goods and services
  • Handle direct charge and inventory purchasing
  • Negotiate supplier transactions
  • Process credit returns
  • Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives by managing supplier relationships, direct charge and inventory purchasing, overdue orders, and the coordination of rotable and repairable items.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience within a similar role
  • Strong experience using ERP software, Pronto (essential)
  • Mining experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
