Data Centre Security Specialist

This is a key role for our team, requiring the right individual to maintain a high level of customer service and security standards.
The successful candidate will be required to work at our data centre in Melbourne, providing support and assistance as needed.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, utilizing Microsoft products
- Liaising with staff and visitors, promoting a positive and secure environment
- Operating in a team-based environment, contributing to efficient shift management
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills within the security industry
- A current Victorian Security Licence
- NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance (desirable)
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in data centre operations or security services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft products
