Seeking a seasoned Personal Training Manager to spearhead our premium clubs' PT offering.

The Position:
  • Foster a high-performing team of personal trainers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective business strategies and client base expansion.
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences via top-tier coaching and support.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and advancement of PTs, ensuring alignment with our club's culture and fitness values.
  • Certify and develop PTs in AIPT, enhancing their skills and expertise.

This part-time role entails 10-15 hours per week, including extra compensation for AIPT facilitation. You will have the opportunity to build your own successful PT business within rent-free facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding PTs who share our club's mission and values.
  • Implementing innovative business strategies to expand client bases and increase personal training revenue.
  • Maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and safety within our training environment.
  • Driving engagement and participation in our in-club 8-Week Challenge, fostering a sense of community among members.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Holding Cert III & IV in Fitness.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
