The Change & Transition Manager will establish a change framework, lead transition activity, and deliver stakeholder engagement and capability functions for the project and wider program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop stakeholder mapping and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are achieved and maintain the reputation of the program and organisation.
  • Develop and implement communication materials for stakeholders, ensuring multi-channel strategies meet the needs of the program and organisation.
  • Create targeted stakeholder engagement activities and events to achieve program goals and transition digital solutions to increase uptake by end users.
  • Complete assessments on the impact of change and transition initiatives on the organisation, its processes, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare strategic and operational documents as required, including briefing papers, reports, and submissions.

About You

You are a forward-thinking and innovative Change Management professional with experience in delivering and managing change within large digital programs. Proven ability to deliver organisational change at an enterprise or large scale level is essential.

Required skills include:

  • Delivering change strategy and approach for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong ability to deliver change in a highly agile environment.
  • Demonstrated resilience and negotiation skills to advocate for stakeholder time and manage varying viewpoints.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is up to $700 per day plus Super. Additional expenses related to travel and accommodation may be reimbursed.
