Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies that drive engagement and business results.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, particularly in video formats like Reels and TikToks. You will have the opportunity to design and build platform-native organic social content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos.

Your skills will also be utilized in capturing and editing organic video content, adhering to platform best practices and emerging trends. Additionally, you will implement and execute community management, fostering engagement and responding to audience interactions.

You will work closely with creative teams to develop socially native ideas for major client projects and utilize key social management, scheduling, and reporting tools effectively.

In this role, you will analyze digital campaigns and platform performance, providing informed points of view on paid social strategy and implementation.

A successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience in a social media role, demonstrated ability and passion for creating engaging social content, and strong understanding of organic social media best practices, current trends, and platform nuances.
