This high-impact position is designed for seasoned sales professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and exceeding revenue targets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic territory plans to achieve new business and existing accounts KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with existing and prospective clients across New South Wales to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales objectives.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive cross-functional team engagement and ensure seamless execution of client account plans.
- Leverage executive-level relationships with customer executives and present at quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with Channel Partners to drive revenue and support their partnership requirements.
- Embark on proactive hunter mentality to drive great engagements for customers, prospects, and partners to propel pipeline and revenue for the organization.
- Nurture relationships with new business prospects and cultivate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of KPIs and general CRM housekeeping.
- Adhere to a structured end-to-end sales methodology and process.
- Engage in meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and facilitate business and organizational development.
- Provide relevant management information and insights on activities.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales.
- A proven track record of achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Experience in both direct and indirect sales roles is desirable.
- Value-based solution selling expertise, preferably using MEDDPICC/Command of the Message/Challenger Sale methodologies.
- A proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a positive outlook.
- An ability to run the territory as your own business.
- Comfort with a high-performance and dynamic work environment.
- Degree-level education is preferred but not required.
