Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Psychology: Leading Group in a private practice setting. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with a range of mental health issues
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and schema-informed therapy
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with acute and chronic psychological disorders
- Competence in the provision of treatment from a range of therapeutic models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for mental health and helping people achieve their goals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-reflection
- Experience working with couples or in a private practice setting
- Knowledge of psychodynamic therapy approaches or willingness to develop skills in this area
- Training in EMDR or other specialized therapies
- SIRA work cover clinician
