Delivering high-quality care in the comfort of clients' homes is a rewarding and challenging role.

We require candidates with a strong background in community care, preferably with experience working with individuals who have dementia. A Certificate III in Aged Care is essential, along with First Aid and CPR certification, a Police check, and a Driver's license with comprehensive insurance.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist with personal hygiene and grooming, support clients with meal preparation, provide companionship and emotional support, drive clients to appointments and activities, clean and maintain the home environment, and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Our goal is to empower clients to live independently at home, and we offer a range of services including aged and disability care, community strengthening, transitional care, and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:
