About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Dash Group, a leading Aged & Healthcare Agency. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • At least six months of experience in aged care within Australia.
  • Diploma of Nursing Degree.
  • Clearances: NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain one), and a current Police Check (valid within three years).
  • Vaccinations: 2024 Influenza Vaccine.
  • Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
