About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Subacute Team at Albury Wodonga Health. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a subacute setting, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
Requirements
  • AHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients.
  • Strong patient-centered care focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid working visa.
