Exciting Career Opportunity for Mechanical Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for working on cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
  • Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers to integrate mechanical components into larger systems.
  • Conduct experiments and tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.

You'll also be involved in identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO and FDA guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics of materials, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent resident.
