Job Title: Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an operational readiness package for a new 23kg Ingot Casting Line.

This includes a variety of plant equipment on the new line, such as:

  • Casting Wheel
  • Casting Conveyor
  • Skimming System
  • Cooling Conveyor & Tunnel
  • Layer Conveyor
  • Stacker
  • Bundle Conveyor & Bundle Turner
  • Bundle Manipulator (Pile Handler)
  • Double Bundle Conveyor
  • Cooling Water System
  • Labeling Robot
  • Utility inputs (Electricity, Gas, Water, Air) specific to the ingot line

The ideal candidate will have excellent asset management skills and experience in developing operational readiness packages. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing a complete asset management package and creating Bills of Materials (BoMs) with assigned spare parts.
  • Performing asset criticality assessments, developing maintenance tactics, and writing and verifying maintenance procedures.
  • Preparing forms to add new parts to inventory and removing redundant ones. They will also need to update BoMs and maintain accurate spare parts data.
  • Preparing SAP upload sheets for various data points, including functional location structures, asset criticality ratings, and maintenance plans.
  • Creating an Asset Management Plan for Group Level Critical Assets and providing reports and recommendations on statutory inspections, training needs, and areas of concern or risk.
