Lead a Team in Early Childhood Education

Sage is seeking an experienced Director to manage daily operations and ensure high-quality environments for children.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in staff rostering, budget management, and compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of educators to provide high-quality early learning environments

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Director or similar role
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in early childhood settings
  • Knowledge of theorists and early childhood practices
