Key Responsibilities

The Curriculum Leader plays a crucial role in shaping educational programs and practices.


Core Duties
  • Develop and implement the curriculum, working closely with educators to maximize each child's development and learning.
  • Support educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program.
  • Assess each child's learning and development, providing guidance and support to educators.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice, collaborating with all educators.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing implementation of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.

Requirements
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Have proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Prior experience working in the early years sector is beneficial.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check is required.
