About the Role">

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our team in delivering child protection services. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in implementing therapeutic approaches and working with vulnerable populations.

The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, and direction to young people residing at our village. They will work closely with Aboriginal families, promoting a safe and healthy family environment, and be responsible for implementing our organisation's unique practice approach based on Cultural Therapeutic Ways.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in child protection, youth work, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
