Key Roles and Responsibilities

Agronomists form a crucial part of our dynamic team, responsible for providing specialty agricultural services and advice to support customers' goals.

You will join our experienced agronomists and field services team to develop the latest in agricultural technology, providing advanced agronomic advice and solutions.

Main Tasks
  • Liaise with growers to establish cropping plans that meet their production and service needs.
  • Continuously advance our services provided to growers by developing and implementing Precision Agriculture.
  • Develop and present agronomy strategies in conjunction with branch managers and senior agronomists.
  • Support key customer management by developing business plans for new and existing customers.
  • Communicate with key suppliers and develop demonstration sites.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelor of Science/Agronomy.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with adaptability and effective interpersonal skills. A keen interest in agricultural production and technology is also required.
