We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Design and develop scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure best practices for security, data management, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and integrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.
  • Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

  • Configuring and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Integration patterns, service development (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs), API management (API security and usage policy definition) and SOA framework, as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML).
  • Service design and working with analysts and stakeholders to define re-usable API services.
  • Evaluating stakeholder requirements and developing and presenting solution options to senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics modules, not limited to Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software solutions using Azure Stack.
  • Hands-on experience in C#, REST, Web API and Azure technologies.
  • DevOps for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps build and Release pipelines.
  • Reporting for Dynamics 365, integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
