**Job Opportunity: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant**

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for an education services client in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.

Key responsibilities include participating in discovery workshops with clients, providing technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements, creating solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules, delivering high-quality code deliverables, leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Additionally, you will create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.

You will also lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances, work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

**Requirements:**

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science
  • At least 8 years' experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
