We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Compliance and Training Professional to oversee fleet compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, develop and deliver training programs for drivers and fleet users, conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety and accountability, and support continuous improvement in fleet operations and training practices.
About the Role- Ensure fleet compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers and fleet users.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety and accountability within the organisation.
- Support strategic planning and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in fleet operations and training practices.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in training and assessment for verification of competency.
- Experience in the heavy vehicle industry, particularly in Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL).
- Ability to design and deliver theory and practical training packages.
- Proven ability to assess competency of operational staff.
- Highly developed organisational, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, standards and codes of practice to ensure compliance and practical application.
