We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Schedule and post content daily across all social channels using Sprout Social.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and formats to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Foster an engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations using Sprout Social.

Requirements:

  • Strong content creation skills for TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • 1-2+ years experience in a social media content producer role, with a focus on TikTok content.
  • Proven experience in creating high performing short-form video for a brand (preferably the grocery industry).
  • A social media native, with a strong understanding of current social trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Content Specialist to create content that aligns with MILKRUN's TOV and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with community management tools is preferred.
  • Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
