Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team in Queensland.

As a Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

  • Action customer requests promptly, taking ownership of enquiries and finding fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
  • Understand our customers' sales history to identify service requirements and pursue upsell opportunities when available
  • Nurture relationships with our clients, staying up to date with processes and procedures to provide tailored solutions

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in a high-volume call centre environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A customer and solutions-focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve results
  • Amazing customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud-based CRM programs
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills required
