Job Title: Geological Field Engineer

">Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site investigations and analyzing geotechnical data to inform engineering decisions.

You will work closely with the Geotechnical Manager to plan and coordinate fieldwork, including drilling and sampling operations.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geotechnical assessments and testing of soil and rock materials
  • Collect and analyze data from fieldwork operations
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Geotechnical Manager to plan and coordinate fieldwork
  • Assist in the supervision of drilling operations using 4wd and truck-mounted rigs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering/Engineering Geology.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with other employees and stakeholders.

A valid driver's licence and white card are also required.
