The Way Ahead Mental Health Association NSW is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the organization's growth and success.

As a seasoned executive, you will have a proven track record of driving commercial acumen, strategic partnerships, and industry knowledge to ensure the organization continues to impact and deliver on its purpose.

A key aspect of this role is to lead the diversification of funding and provide services in remote and regional areas in NSW.

Skill and Experience

To be successful in this CEO position, your skills and experiences will include:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • Experience leading a community-managed organization, government, corporate, or philanthropy
  • Experience supporting or participating in for-purpose Boards, especially those relating to mental health and other related areas/issues
  • Strategic and Commercial Mindset
  • The ability to develop strong relationships across government, corporate, and community
