Clinical Psychologist Role

A clinical psychologist is required to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, care and management for a large-scale randomised controlled trial.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment, care and management for patients participating in the trial.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations for patients' mental health needs.
  • Work closely with researchers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current registration to practice as a psychologist with endorsement or working towards endorsement in clinical psychology.
  • A postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters, Doctorate or PhD) that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and ACPA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the provision of clinical psychology interventions.
