Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns and develop heuristics for model development.
  • Design and develop statistical models to address business challenges and enhance decision-making.
  • Implement and fine-tune heuristic algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilise probabilistic modelling techniques for forecasting and risk assessment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with big data technologies: Cloudera, Spark, HDFS, Hive.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning & AI.
  • Familiarity with statistical software: SAS, Teradata.
  • Strong understanding of optimisation algorithms and probabilistic modelling.
