Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our high-achieving product team at Parity Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our organisation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong home loans and commercial lending experience to manage a competitive product suite and help deliver a clear product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with the product lead and key stakeholders to enhance and report recommendations for loan documentation changes and pricing tactics for mortgages to maximise growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Scope, develop and lead the project responsible for reviewing the mortgages product suite and associated loan documentation.
  • Manage product policies and processes in line with regulations.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to redesign the loan documentation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated product experience in managing banking products, preferably consumer and/or business lending.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven ability to analyse data & trends, then translate into product solutions.
  • Experience in strategy and product roadmapping.
