Key Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Therapist to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.

About This Role:

  • You will provide high-quality assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies using positive behaviour support framework.
  • You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
  • You will collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.

About You:

  • You must have a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration.
  • You must have minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • You must have a positive and flexible approach to work.
  • You must have strong communication skills and ability to be a team player.
  • You must have commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • You must have valid Australian drivers license.
  • You must have NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • You must have Working with Childrens Check.
