Employment Type:Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
Salary:$85,960 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading and superannuation)

Our Graduate Program – Interdisciplinary Practice

Everyday Independence's 2025 Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program equips you with the tools, confidence, and supervision you need to succeed in your role as an Occupational Therapist.
Our 12-month program is designed to ensure your smooth transition from university to thriving in professional practice.
Comprehensive Induction: First month focused on foundational skills and interdisciplinary teamwork.
1:1 Clinical Supervision: Mentors provide personalized guidance to enhance clinical confidence and skills.
Learning Frameworks: Modules covering therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.
Professional Growth: Develop clinical expertise and professional skills such as time management, coaching, and participant engagement.
What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants in homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
Apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
Build relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.

Qualifications
Current (or pending) AHPRA Registration and recently completed a degree in Occupational Therapy
Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings
