
Pharmacy Team Leader

The Senior Pharmacist will oversee a specialist clinical pharmacy service in the Intensive Care Unit and other units at two hospitals. Their responsibilities include leading and managing a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop, implement, and review antimicrobial stewardship programs to enhance patient outcomes.
- Coordinate education and training for healthcare professionals on antibiotic use and responsible prescribing practices.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in clinical pharmacy, leadership, and education. They should be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex information clearly.
The Senior Pharmacist will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy and be accountable for promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong expertise in clinical pharmacy, particularly in ICU settings.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
