About the Role

This position involves supporting the business operations of a team. As an Administrator, you will provide reception and general administrative services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Administration, Customer Service or Reception, and be proficient in accounts receivable/payable, petty cash and other relevant finance transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Demonstrating high level of attention to detail and very high standards of accuracy.">
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines.">
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and experience in working collaboratively as a productive team member.">
  • Ability to hold a current Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Driver's License.">
  • A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card), a positive Police Check and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.">
