Highly Experienced Software Professional Wanted

This senior software developer role is a key position in our company, responsible for the design and development of applications software. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) or .NET.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing applications software with a focus on analysis and design work;
- Maintaining existing software applications to ensure they meet business requirements;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions;
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs;
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability;
- Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to software development processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining applications software using J2EE or .NET;
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
