Job Overview
This part-time reception role is based in the Rhodes office, requiring 6 hours on Wednesdays and rotating 6-hour shifts between Thursdays and Fridays. You will work closely with the Reception Team Leader, based in Brisbane, to provide exceptional stakeholder interactions and back-office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Assist with departmental tasks, including printing, laminating, and filing documents.
- Complete daily and weekly tasks outlined in the reception task list.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ensure accurate rostering and break adherence.
- Keep the reception and mail room areas clean and safe by following procedures and policies.
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of work routines and procedures.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Previous administration experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work 6 hours on Wednesdays and 6-hour rotating shifts between Thursdays and Fridays, with flexibility to work full-time during school holidays.

Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (part-time rate), depending on experience.
