
Sales Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support and manage advertising bookings for the sales team.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and manage advertising bookings with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing high-quality advertising proposals that meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and revenue.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A positive work ethic and strong team focus, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
