- Collaborate with Operational Leaders: Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in health and safety performance.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Safety, with a Cert IV in OHS as a minimum requirement.
- Work Experience: A minimum of six years post-graduate work experience in safety, with experience in leading a team of safety professionals.
- Dynamic and Result-Driven Approach: A dynamic and result-driven approach, with the ability to solve challenging problems and work to a fast pace.
- ICAM Accreditation: ICAM accreditation or similar.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex safety information to stakeholders.
