Chief Stewardess Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our team on a 50m private yacht based in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the interior team and providing exceptional service to our owners and guests.

Largely based off a 5-day working week, pending guest activity, this role offers a unique opportunity for career progression and a semi-land-based lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example with excellent management skills and a strong knowledge of wines.
  • Supervise an interior team of 3 and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with the head chef and captain to deliver exceptional service and meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chief Stewardess on reputable superyachts.
  • Exceptional level of service and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
