The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Embedded AOD Clinician to join our team at Monash Health. As a key member of our community-based mental health service, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions to reduce substance-related harm and improve mental and physical health
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Develop and maintain relationships with community-based services and organizations to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
• Demonstrated experience in acute mental health and substance use
• Post-graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years mental health post-graduate qualification experience
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
