Aged Care Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide care and companionship to residents living in our aged care home, supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Offer daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and general mobility support.
- Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
- A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is ideal.
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
- Adaptability, empathy and resourcefulness are essential skills for this role.
