Policy and Project Coordinator Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our School and Teaching Standards Division. This role offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities to build strong professional networks across the agency and beyond.
About the Role
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of projects related to the Work Program for the School and Teaching Standards Division
- Support Agency and Government initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the coordination and monitoring of projects in the Division's Work Program
- Prepare accurate, timely, and government-aligned briefing notes, discussion papers, reports, and Ministerial correspondence
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
- Support consultation coordination, workshops, and working groups to engage stakeholders effectively
- Conduct research and synthesize findings to inform policy advice, reporting, and evaluation activities
- Demonstrate strong writing skills with experience drafting government briefings, policy papers, and Ministerial correspondence
- Display a strong understanding of project management principles and confidence using digital tools to plan, monitor, and report on progress
