About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of biotech and software. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will join our multidisciplinary product team to develop a data-driven platform that improves genomic accuracy and clinical diagnostics.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement modern front-end solutions with a strong focus on UI/UX and usability. You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and bring data visualisations and insights to life.

You will optimise performance, implement best practices in accessibility, maintainability, and code quality. Contribute to product design discussions, participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions. Help define and enforce front-end coding standards, architecture, and testing frameworks.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in front-end software development, a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles. You should be able to write clean, well-structured, maintainable code.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable, as is experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. A background or interest in data visualisation, genomics, or scientific applications is also advantageous.
