Expert Frontend Architect

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning the frontend platform: Lead the technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure to drive seamless experiences.
  • Driving developer productivity: Build tooling and abstractions that improve the day-to-day experience of frontend engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel.
  • Unifying cross-platform experiences: Collaborate with design and product to ensure consistent, performant experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients, aligning with our goal of delivering impactful results.
  • Fostering technical excellence: Champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility across the organization, promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Supporting teams through change: Guide the organization through architectural migrations or upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Leading and developing the team: Hire, mentor, and support engineers on the Client Platform team, fostering growth and professional development.

  • Experience with frontend architecture and engineering, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving alignment and cohesion throughout the organization.
