Marketing Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Graduate to join our team at Bega Group. As a valued member of our future leader's program, you will embark on a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on continued growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally across our Brand, Sales, and Category teams to drive commercial results through sales planning and forecasting.
  • Support key projects in our eCommerce sales team, across some of our biggest customers, and bring insights and sales & marketing plans to life for eCommerce and in-store activation marketing.
  • Learn how to effectively commercialize brand plans, including Marketing plan implementation, and support in new product development, from concept to in-store.

Requirements:

  • Recent completion of a Bachelor or Postgraduate degree (within the last 2 years).
  • Availability to commence full-time employment from January 2025.
  • Full rights to live and work in Australia.
