We are seeking a talented Registered Midwife to join our multidisciplinary team and embark on a rewarding 12-month Graduate Program.
- The program is designed to develop Victoria's best midwives through regular check-ins, support, and interactive learning sessions.
- Our dedicated clinical education team provides seamless transition from study to practice, ensuring continuous professional growth.
As a Registered Midwife Graduate, you will experience one-on-one support from clinical midwife educators and be paired with preceptors to foster knowledge and skills integration into the multidisciplinary team.
You will work with mothers and their newborns during their first days together, providing exceptional bedside educational support and developing your skills in our birth suites, special care nursery, post-natal and ante-natal areas.
Our organization offers ongoing employment contracts and part-time positions (0.8 FTE – 30.4 hours per week) that balance personal and work life. You will enjoy benefits such as free uniforms, salary packaging, access to employee health and wellness programs, and more.
