Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to deliver successful deployments and onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain customer success strategies.
  • Identify and address customer pain points through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customer proficiency with dbt Cloud.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with data teams.
