The Educator position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing product expertise in our retail stores.
As an Educator, you will be responsible for interacting with guests to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and sharing knowledge about our products and community.
You will work closely with your team to achieve sales growth, maintain store visual merchandising standards, and stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to deliver personalized service and create loyalty.
- Stay current on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice to guests.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales growth, meet business objectives, and maintain store appearance standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership abilities.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
