AI Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead digital projects and ensure smooth delivery from initiation to launch.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, timeline management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide delivery squads. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical project management, software development processes, and UX/UI best practices.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Act as the liaison between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, facilitating collaboration to maintain momentum and keep all teams informed on project status and next steps.
• Scope and Requirements Management: Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the project scope remains clear and achievable.
• Quality Assurance and Testing Coordination: Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, organize test sessions, and verify deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and UI/UX standards.
• Release and Rollout Planning: Develop, manage, and communicate release plans, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and readiness across departments.
• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
• Task Management and Prioritization: Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritization based on business objectives and timelines.
• Documentation and Transparency: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress.
• UX/UI and Final Review: Collaborate with the design team to review and approve UX/UI deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements and preparing presentations for final sign-offs.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A genuine interest in Generative AI: Familiarity with image generation AI technologies and tools such as Automatic1111, ComfyUI or similar open-source platforms.
• Technical Project Management Experience: Proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.
• Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.
• Attention to Detail in UX/UI: Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, with an ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, with a focus on proactively identifying and addressing project risks and roadblocks.
