Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, adhering to best practice standards and guidelines
  • To work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
