  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent by building a strong team culture and succession planning.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and customers, promoting wellbeing and safety.
  • Build and maintain a roster that balances customer and team needs.
  • Understand and communicate the brand strategy to the team, ensuring everyone's part in delivering exceptional results.
  • Role model company values to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
