About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for road construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure projects meet client objectives through all phases of the project cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting the delivery of infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with quality standards;
  • Providing advice to clients on issues associated with project delivery;
  • Working closely with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working on TMR projects in a similar role or as a Civil Site Engineer;
  • Strong knowledge of TMR policies and procedures;
  • Fully conversant with industry best practices and standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A current driver's license;
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of formal civil studies or civil industry accreditations/qualifications such as a Bachelor of Civil Technology or Diploma of Civil Engineering would be highly beneficial.

Work Arrangements

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The proposed hours are between 36 to 50 hours per week, with some weekend work may be required to suit workload. You may also be required to work away from home in regional or remote locations, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
